Jersey Girl Cafe
We took on this project for Jersey Girl Cafe to provide them with both photo and video content for their upcoming line of fountain fusion drinks. While we were there we also created a homepage video for them to use on their landing page.
Videos
Making of Rose Palmer
For this video, the client wanted us to present one of the four new drinks they were planning to launch in a way that would capture viewers attention and promote the drink. We wanted to highlight how this line of soda's was different by showing off its bold flavors. To do this we decided to create a video that shows the process of making the drink but we decided to add our own spin to it with a fast paced edit, dramatic visuals and a catchy upbeat audio track.

Drink Reviews
A twist on the classic testimonial video, we wanted this video to show potential customers the flavor of the drink and how it would be positively received. In place of normal testimonials we went out and found people who would be willing to try out the drink on camera and give us their thoughts. We made sure to mention at the start of the video how we asked people for their reaction to the drink to create a curiosity gap that kept audiences engaged.

Homepage Video
We made this video specifically to be used as a background video on the homepage of Jersey Girl Cafe's website. Homepage videos have been proven to improve conversion rates on websites and dwell time. For this homepage video Jersey Girl Cafe decided to focus on their food more since those are the most likely orders to arise from website visits since their website prominently featured menus and ways to order online.

Rose Palmer Golf Ball Drop
This video was not in our initial plan, however the client really wanted this specific shot because the Rose Palmer was based on a drink called the Arnold Palmer, popularized by golfer Arnold Palmer. While we didn't feel this shot would help any of the other videos, we did feel it could be used by the client since they often posted to social media and it would make a great asset to use for their future content such as reels.

Photos
For these photos we wanted to create a set of images that captures the feelings and bold flavors of these new drinks. We had 2 setups where we got individual shots of all of the drinks and one setup for shots of all the drinks together
Individual shots: Setup 1
For these shots we wanted to highlight the bold flavors and refreshing taste of the drink. We decided to set up our lights to mimic sunlight to show how these drinks would appear on a bright sunny day. We also went with a white wood plank backdrop to let the colors of the drinks be the stars of the show.

Individual shots: Setup 2
We wanted these photos to be a bit more standard to give the client some alternative options. Also, since 2 of the drinks were floats we wanted to show off the whipped cream against a darker background to make it pop. For the other two drinks we added some of the ingredients such as rose petals and slices of lemon to show off their flavors.

Group shots
The setup for these shots were sort of a blend of the previous 2 setups. We kept a similar angle from the second setup but we changes the lighting to be more like the first setup. All of the drinks have clear shadows and we added a subtle slash of light on the background to further the illusion that the drinks were outside in the sun. We also doubled down on the ingredients with rose petals, cherries and lemons being placed carefully in front of the drinks to add some visual interest.
